When we speak of healthy-looking bodies, we are talking about body composition. Everyone has a unique figure and thus their composition will differ. Women, on average, have a higher body fat than men. A healthy amount of body fat for men is around 10-20% while a healthy amount for women is 20-30%. But not all fat is the same.
THE RIGHT ROUTINE
There are four major focuses in the Fitness Ring: resistance, body weight, flexibility, and cardiovascular training. Each week’s training schedule will incorporate some of each section. The most time will be spent on resistance training.
